Loreal Preference Mousse Absolue - Loreal Preference Mousse Absolue

This hair color did not cover ANY gray even though the front of the box states "Covers Gray Beautifully". I wondered if I just got a bad batch the first time, so now I have bought a second with the same results - a total of $26 loss! They list a tel. no. on the box. I tried calling it several times. The recording states that due to a high volume of calls they cannot answer now, and invite you to call another time. This product is a ripoff. I am sure it will be off the market soon.
